Trusted transaction infrastructure
Know a deal can be trusted before the money moves
GTTN checks the counterparty, the goods and the paperwork behind a cross-border transaction against official and independent sources, and holds each payment until its evidence is in.
Verify who you are dealing with. Verify what you are buying. Then pay.
For buyers, suppliers, banks, insurers and trade financiers. Any goods. Any country.
What GTTN is verifying
The problem
Everyone checks the same deal separately, and nobody checks it all
In high-value trade the buyer relies on the seller's word, the bank and the insurer repeat their own due diligence, payment details can be changed by a fraudster, the same invoice can be financed twice, and the goods themselves are rarely verified before payment.
Who is the seller?
A registered company, a private person, or someone using another's name.
Do the goods exist?
Do they belong to the seller, are they free of charges, are they what the documents say?
Do the papers agree?
Invoice, contract, certificates and shipping documents, and the account the money goes to.
When is it safe to pay?
Paying in full upfront leaves no protection; paying late breaks the deal.
What GTTN does
One evidence record for the whole deal
GTTN assembles, verifies and preserves the evidence from authoritative registers, tax authorities, satellite imagery, independent inspectors and the parties themselves, and shows everyone in the deal what is confirmed and what is still open.
Counterparty
Company registers, identifiers and tax authorities, or for a private seller, identity checked by GTTN staff.
Goods and assets
Registers and lien searches where they exist, satellite and location checks, and independent inspection.
Documents and accounts
Consistency across invoices, contracts and certificates; the payee account checked against the verified seller.
Payment in stages
Each instalment is released only when its condition is met. GTTN does not hold your money.
Who it is for
Built for everyone in a cross-border transaction
Buyers and procurement
Start a deal with a description, the seller and a price. GTTN runs the checks and tells you who acts next.
Buyers →Banks and lenders
Assess an asset and its owner before financing it, with the evidence behind each condition.
Banks →Trade and export finance
Check the parties, the invoice and the goods, and whether the same invoice was presented elsewhere on GTTN.
Trade finance →Private buyers, at home or abroad
Buy land, a house, a vehicle or goods as a private person, with independent checks and staged payment.
Private buyers →How we work
Evidence, not opinions
Official sources first
Registers and authorities come before commercial data, used only within their terms. Nothing is scraped.
Never a false "verified"
A correct format is not a confirmation, and an unavailable source is never held against anyone.
Every check shows its source
Each result records where it came from and when, so a bank, an auditor or a court can follow it.
You keep your money
GTTN decides when a payment may go; your bank or an authorised payment partner moves it.
Bring GTTN into one of your deals
We are inviting a small number of design partners: buyers, banks, insurers and trade financiers with high-value cross-border transactions.
